Chef's Daily Specials are as popular as his regular menu offerings. Chef changes Specials daily using the freshest ingredients available like fresh fish and seafood, fresh vegetables and premium meats.
Chef features in general two (2) seafood/fish selections and two (2) meat selections.
Chef also features a soup du jour and a variety of appetizers like, Oysters, Mussels, Quesadillias, etc.

Grilled Swordfish, topped with a salad of yellow wax beans, haricots verts, organic confetti tomatoes, and Thai basil tossed in a lemon macadamia nut vinaigrette, served with Jasmine rice

Grilled Premium Gold Angus T-Bone Steak, 18 oz T-Bone steak topped with Roquefort compound butter and served with a rich burgundy demi-glace, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable medley
